    Yes, as beaufighter245 said, very nicely and efficiently done! What about using this jig for making picture frames with 45 degree corners? I would think it might not center well due to the small length of the joined surface. However, with that said, for those of us who only want to do this once in a while the expensive jigs seem an excessive expense. So, again, thanks.

    • @CasualDIY

      It's possible to do 45 degrees but it would require some preparation. Wouldn't be a straightforward process.

I also noticed you are not using the included rubber separators that came with the glass bed. Why is that? I al using the rubber spacers but have noticed that it does not correctly level the bed. should I use those with the springs?

    Another useful addition to the garden 👍 Not criticising, but why didn't you just screw/bolt some crossbeams to a couple of uprights ... to add extra panels you would just screw/bolt the uprights together ...😀 simpler to make and less hardware

    • @CasualDIY
      @CasualDIY 11 днів тому

      True but then take it apart few times and the screws won't hold. I will be taking this down for winter. Plus I do cover my raised bed and this goes on when the cover comes off. I had one put together with screws and eventually it fall apart as the screws didn't hold - and that's after just one season.

  • @simonr6793
    @simonr6793 11 днів тому

    Tomasz, cracking idea and you've definitely saved yourself a bit of cash . Had you purchased a trellis of the size you made, it would have cost you around £50 or more, instead for the £50 you could make a number of them 🫡. It's certainly obvious as to why you made the move back to Poland, you and i both know that you would never have been able to get a garden like the size you now have here in the UK without you having to spend a fortune on a property with land. Just about every house here either has a garden the size of a stamp or no garden whatsoever 🫣😳🤯. As alway's brother 💯% 👍 🇬🇧. P.s how well are the children picking up the Polish language 🤔.

    • @CasualDIY
      @CasualDIY 11 днів тому

      Thanks mate. Exactly and its so simple to make. Seen different trellises in local stores with poor quality that maybe they would last one season and they costed a small fortune. To buy a house in the UK of that size and that much land you would have to be a millionaire for sure. Prices of properties in UK are crazy compared to what you get. In Poland most houses are built by privet people that's why the overall price will be lower. Sure you can get a company to do everything from A to Z but that's not so common. Developers here build flats and flat estates rather than houses. Where it comes to my kids and their English well it's kind of scary that my son got to a point he more or less forgot all his English! And he had perfect accent as well😢 but now he is attending some extra classes so it started to come back to him. My daughter was too small but surprisingly (not sure where from) she has a very nice English accent when she says the odd word. So there is hope 😄

    • @simonr6793
      @simonr6793 10 днів тому

      Hahaha it alway amazes me just how quickly the children either lose their accent and how quickly they are able to pick up a new language. I've Italian friends here in the UK and when out and about they all have to speak in English but once inside their house they have to speak in Italian, it's the parents way of making sure that the children don't forget their original language.

      I have a normal approach to myself to be honest. Its about building a story, connecting with viewers etc. If you don't like it just move on to other channels 👍 no one is forcing you to watch. All the best.

    I prefer the Titan version personally. It is wider so less suitable for a tight space but able to handle longer work pieces. Double sided support for the stop/rollers too. Saw brackets look identical.
